Charlie Yan is Chalk Urban Art Festival's feature artist in 2011. Charlie had everyone in awe as he carved up delights and delicacies to create an artistic display of fruit & vegetables.

In 2010 Charlie won the gold medal for fruit carving from the Australian Kitchen Artists Association. In 2011 he received the Golden Finger Award. Charlie is a Celebrity Chef that caters for many celebrated Chinese movie stars, singers, dancers, and entertainers and their many events.
